We all know that there are plenty of bars to choose from in Shoreditch but are there any that serve top quality craft beer brewed in house?!
Enter Long Arm Worship Street, a pub and brewery hailing from Ealing that has decided to open up in Shoreditch with the aim to produce the freshest tasting beer in London from grain to glass pulling pints directly from each of the six, 1000-litre brewing tanks behind the bar!
They aim to change the selection regularly with inventive new flavours and the past brews include a 6% cookie beer, created with a Belgian malt, chocolate and vanilla and a 6% American IPA with notes of mango, papaya and peach.
The beer is available to purchase by the pint, half pint and 1/3 of a pint, allowing you to try a selection without breaking the bank! We opted for a selection of five 1/3 pints (actually much larger than you think!) including a Belgian beer, a IPA and an American IPA.
We were also shown how the beer was made and learnt about the process, which really is quite fascinating!
The staff are well trained and encouraged to get stuck in with the home made brewing and sharing their knowledge with customers. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the lovely staff and the chance to play a cheeky game of pool.
If you do not fancy beer then all bottles of wine and prosecco are only £20 – kept nice and simple 🙂
