If you’re looking for a restaurant in Soho then you should give Brgr Co a visit. We loved the soft pink lighting, the neon signage, the funky toilets, and the seriously cute Date Bar. All of these extra little touches really make Brgr Co stand out from other high street burger bars, and I haven’t even started talking about the food yet!
First of all I have to stress how incredible their chicken strips are. If you fancy a side order then please have these – you won’t be disappointed! Huge succulent pieces of piping hot chicken in the crunchiest breadcrumbs are served with a sweet honey mustard sauce. I would even visit Brgr Co at some point just for these alone.
If you try the chicken strips and love them (which you will), then I’d recommend getting the Chicken Burger, as the chicken is just as amazing! However, it would be terrible of me to not give as much appreciation to the Bacon Blue Brgr as I have done with the chicken here because this burger was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. A huge piece of the softest, juiciest beef which literally melted in my mouth, complete with a layer of cheese and bacon – I seriously cannot wait to go back to have another! The chips were fab, not as crunchy as their name would have you think, but still a great chip!
We decided to go all out and try some cocktails and a dessert to really see how fab this menu was. I’d recommend the English Garden Tea on the cocktail list – very light and fresh, so a great compliment to a hearty meal! If Bloody Marys are your thing then you must try their Smoky version, as boy is it smokinnnn!
The warm soft brownie was a real treat to finish the night with. It was the perfect combination of gooey and crunchy with a generous dollop of vanilla ice cream. The dessert was very well presented with chocolate swirls and strawberry halves.
I definitely think I’m going to end up a regular here and considering this restaurant was packed out on a Wednesday night, it just shows how popular it really is!
Oh, and did I mention how amazing the chicken strips were??!
