Rosa’s Thai Cafe has been extremely successful and now has several branches over London. I visited the cafe just off of Brick Lane at lunch time – definitely recommend getting there at 12.30 or earlier as it gets busy and the restaurant is pretty small.
As expected, there is a decent choice of food from thai curries and pad thai to rice dishes, noddles and salads:
Reasonable prices for the mains from £7.50 – £9.50 and some dishes have choices of vegetarian, meat and seafood.
The food was tasty and the portions pretty decent. We stuck with our favourite and had a chicken and vegetable pad thai – the chilli flakes really do add a lovely kick! I saw someone with a lamb yellow curry which also looked delicious.
Only criticism is the service wasn’t particularly friendly or attentive but they do have a lot of customers in the lunchtime rush!
