Sushi Samba is situated on the 38th and 39th floor of the Heron Tower in Liverpool Street. Gorgeous bar and food area with a terrace outside.
Have not eaten here but the chefs prepare the food in front of you and it looked great. If you just want a drink, ask security downstairs but I suggest dressing up a little, as I have been turned away before in flip flops before.
If you are lucky you can get a table by the window to admire the wonderful views of London.
Given the Japanese theme, the beer is Asahi and there are a selection of cocktails and wines to choose from. We had the Nina Fresa (vodka, strawberry, grapefruit and guava
shaken with rhubarb bitters, lime and sugar and Batida de Mango (mango cream and passion fruit with cachaça and Benedictine liqueur) – these signature cocktails are £13.
Be expected to pay more than usual London bars but for the views, it is worth going up for one.
