The Beef Fat Potatoes are truly unforgettable – layers of finely grated potato, transformed into crispy, salty squares of pure indulgence. Accompanying this feast are classic sides, including Yorkshire Pudding, Carrots, Parsnips, and Confit Cabbage, all perfectly complementing the main event.
The small plates were equally exceptional, with standout dishes including:
- Brown Butter Hummus with Apricot, Urfa Chilli, and Laffa Bread
- Chicken Liver Parfait with Clementine and Brioche
