All Inclusive Hotel in Paphos
Olympic Lagoon Resort is a fantastic 5* All Inclusive Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. It is situated a 15/20 minute walk to Paphos Harbour via the boardwalk at the back entrance of the hotel. It’s a pleasant, accessible walk by the sea with bars and restaurants on the way and plenty more by the harbour. We booked a package holiday through TUI which included transfers but the hotel is only a 15-20 taxi ride from the airport if you book independently.

The Six All Inclusive Restaurants
I love an all inclusive hotel that has a la carte restaurants as well as a buffet. Olympic Lagoon Paphos has:
- Royal Olympic Restaurant: Buffet restaurant with a gorgeous outdoor terrace seating area serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of buffet choices for each meal with fresh pancakes, waffles and omelettes being made at breakfast and meat and fish at lunchtime.

- Rock n Roll Diner: American style diner serving lunch and dinner. Choose from sandwiches (at lunch), burgers, steaks, ribs and indulgent desserts.

- Captain’s Deck: Traditional Cypriot dishes served in meze fashion. The entire menu is available to share with an outdoor setting near the beach. Available to book once a week via the booking system.

- Seven Orchids: Pan Asian restaurant with a la carte menu to chose starter, main and dessert with a variety of Asian cuisine including Thai and Malaysian. Outdoor seating and available to book once a week via the booking system.

- Garibaldi: Italian a la carte restaurant with indoor seating available to book once a week via the booking system. Adults only.
- Snackeria: All day snack bar open serving drinks, cakes, doughnuts, sandwiches , wraps, pizza and more!
The food was generally high quality and there was plenty of variety.
All Inclusive Drinks in Paphos
I couldn’t have asked for more in the all inclusive drinks package which is available all day until 23.30. Drinks are available at the Blue Lagoon Bar which has a swim up option, the Grand Lobby bar with table service or the You&Me Bar. The adults only section also has its own swim up bar.

Soft drinks include usual carbonated drinks, juices, iced coffees, mocktails and more. The alcoholic options were plentiful with red, white, rose and sparkling wine served at dinner. The bar options had so many cocktails that were made to order (no pre mixed watery cocktails!) – our favourites included:
- Negroni
- Aperol Spritz
- Margarita
- Kir Royal
Deluxe Room with Sea View
Our Deluxe Room with Sea View was the only part of the hotel that didn’t feel like a 5 * hotel. There was nothing wrong with it but it didn’t feel like a premium, luxurious room like other 5* hotels I have stayed in. Further details of the room can be found here.
The king sized bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for a travel cot and suitcases but it just felt a little tired and dated.

The balcony with a sea view was the outstanding feature of the room. It was spacious, the sun was on the balcony from around midday and the view was great. You could also watch the sunset every night!

Swimming Pool and Entertainemnt
The resort itself is gorgeous with a number of pools, jacuzzis within the pools, a small children’s play area and two larger flumes. Their is a sunbed allocation system so you don’t have to fight for sunbeds every morning with plenty of choice around the pool and the grassy area opposite the sea. The system is somewhat basic with a manual list and highlighter but we were happy with the ones given to us.

Entertainment wise, there is live music every night outside on the terrace which is perfect to listen to over a cocktail. Inside there is an entertainment arena which has live theatre performances, acrobats, magicians and more.
Overall
Olympic Lagoon Resort is a 5* All Inclusive Hotel in Paphos that is certainly worth a visit if you’re looking for a chilled out, relaxing holiday with plenty of food, drink and activities. The staff were friendly, the hotel caters well for children and is conveniently located close to Paphos Harbour if you fancy leaving the resort.
