With two restaurants in London, Biryani Kebab Chai (BKC) offers fantastic Indian food in Soho and Marble Arch. In a small and unassuming venue in Soho, BKC brings together the three classic pillars of Indian cuisine and culture – Biryani Kebab and Chai.

BKC prides itself on offering authentic Awadhi cuisine originating in Northern India. All dishes we tried were packed with flavour. Our highlight dishes were:

Seekh Kebab – Minced lamb with aromatic spices cooked in a tandoor
Papri Chaat – Flat savoury pastry disks topped with potatoes, onions, tomatoes and chutneys
Murg Makhni Chicken cooked in spiced tomato and fenugreek sauce with butter
House Dal Lentils cooked in tomato sauce and fenugreek leaves finished with cream and butter

The menu is reasonably priced with mains from around £11. You can also get a Biryani, Kebab + Chai from just £14.95 between 12-5pm. Happy hour drinks that are 2-4-1 between 5-8pm!
