Brasserie in Shoreditch
Boutique Hotel, Boundary, has opened a new modern, slick bar and brasserie in Shoreditch offering European seasonal fare. Service was friendly and our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and wine list.
We had the following dishes from the menu:
- Burrata, Isle of Wight tomatoes, pangrattato (starter)
- Devon diver scallops, anchovy & lemon butter (starter)
- 35 days aged 850g T-bone, skin-on fries, salad, smoked béarnaise for two people sharing (main)
- Kentish strawberries, strawberry parfait (dessert)
- Chocolate mousse, honeycomb, Kentish cherry (dessert)
All dishes were beautifully presented with the steak being the stand out. It simply melted in your mouth and was juicy and succulent.
As well as the bar and brasserie, Boundary also has a rooftop orangery bar & grill and outside terrace which offers similar food at similar price points (starters from £8 and mains from £16).
