South East Asian Restaurant in Tower Bridge
Sticky Mango is a South East Asian restaurant in Tower Bridge with venues also in Waterloo and Islington. Chef Peter Lloyd is the brains behind the menu at Sticky Mango and has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry securing Head Chef at just 23. He has worked with some big names including Pierre Koffmann, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White and the late Chef Charlie Trotter.
The terrace area of the restaurant boasts stunning views of the River Thames and Tower Bridge, which is one of my favourite monuments in London. The interiors are slick with stunning murals with butterflies and flowers and pink foilage adorning the ceiling.

The 9 flavour tasting menu (£50pp) gives you a sample of Sticky Mango’s favourite dishes. The flavours in each dish were fantastic, leaving you wanting to try more.
- Black Sesame Rice Crackers.
- Thai Green Papaya Salad Charred Long Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, Cashew Nuts.
- Malaysian Chicken Curry Puffs Coriander Yoghurt Dipping Sauce, Crispy Curry Leaves.
- Black Pepper Prawns Dehydrated Pineapple, Jicama & Pea Shoots – an absolute highlight!

We thoroughly recommend a visit to Sticky Mango – the food, venue and service were all fantastic.
