Italian Restaurant in Aldwych
Luciano is a stunning Italian restaurant in Aldwych which is part of the ME London Hotel in Strand. The slick, bright, modern interiors give the restaurant a premium feel.
The menu is expansive, particualarly for main dishes which feature pasta, pizza, meat & fish and salad. We had:
- Trio of bruschetta; San Daniele ham &‘nduja, king prawns & chilli mayonnaise, heritage tomato & basil (starter).
- Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, sage butter & toasted pine nuts.
- Linguine with Lobster.
- Chocolate & hazelnut cheesecake with Ferrero Rocher, sour cherry compote.
- Bomboloni: Italian doughnuts with a raspberry & white chocolate sauce.
Every dish was absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and the cheesecake was incredibly rich and indulgent.
Luciano is a lovely spot in central London for fantastic Italian food and service. At lunch and early dinner you can also get 2 courses for only £30.50 which is great value for the quality.
