Bar in the City
The Sterling lies at the foot of the Gherkin and is a very popular bar in the city, particularly after work. There is a large amount of space inside and on the mezzanine level and the venue has a bright and modern feel to it.
The happy hours are one of the best for a bar in the city. From 4-7pm including Fridays you can get two cocktails for £10, a bottle of house wine for £12 and two beers for £8. What a bargain!
The Sterling also has decent sharing platters which include pizzas, honey glazed sausages, calamari and potato wedges.
With DJs playing on Thursdays and Fridays until 1am, the Sterling is a great place to visit!
