This rooftop bar in Waterloo is a hidden gem and one of the newest rooftops in London. Located just moments away from Waterloo station, there is signage to point you in the right direction to Circes. Expect quite a few flights of stairs to reach the top but be rewarded with a cocktail!

It has much more outdoor space then its London competitors, a relaxed atmosphere and food and drink at reasonable prices. It is partially covered in some places and further down near the bar area is an open space.

There are a large range of cocktails including classics and Cirque’s own creations. Food wise, there are small plates including Chorizo Flatbread, Mozzarella and Truffle Arancini and Sharing Charcuterie Board plus a selection of burgers.
