Underground alchemy lab, Hokus Pokus, is an amazing cocktail bar in King’s Cross. It’s an awesome venue for theatrical cocktails and the service from talented mixologist, Greg, was superb.

At Hokus Pokus you step into a world of smoke and fire with superb creations from experienced mixologists. Our favourites were: –

Smoky Potions – with a base of blueberry tequila & mezcal (you can also choose rum or bourbon). We loved the theatrical bubble and smoke this cocktail created.
Spring – Camomile Infused Boatyard Gin, barrel-aged blend of vermouths, plum compote finished with XIN and Voltaire Florian Sorbet

The vast majority of the ingredients for the cocktails are made in house and the mixologists are happy to make tweaks to cocktails to suit your tastebuds.

Hokus Pokus is a fantastic cocktail bar for experimental cocktails. It’s a little pricier with cocktails around the £16-18 mark but the service and theatrical nature of the cocktails make its worth it!
