Swaledale are a family run, whole-carcass Yorkshire based online butchers working with a community of around 30 local, independent, family-run sustainable farms. They specialise in heritage breeds of cattle, sheep and pigs, wild venison, and native game birds with their animals free roaming.

- 1 x 480g pack Yorkshire Breakfast Sausages
- 2 x 180g Bavette Steaks
- 2 x 200g Pork Rump Steaks
- 1 x 500g pack Diced Beef
- 1 x 540g pack Minced Beef
- 1 x 540g pack Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 x 250g pack Dry-Cured Back Bacon
- 1 x 250g pack Dry-Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon
We devoured a delicious roast dinner (x2) which included the Topside Beef Joint and the Breakfast Sausages and Streaky Bacon to make giant pigs in blankets. The beef was tender and easy to slice and we had leftovers for lunch in sandwiches.
The Beef and Pork Steaks were cooked on the BBQ with the Pork marinated in hoisin. We loved the Steak & Onion roll.
