Cocktail Bar in Soho
Bar Swift is an award winning cocktail bar in Soho set out over two floors. The ground floor is minimalist, bright and casual serving cocktails at tables and at bar seating. The basement section is more of an intimate area with live music every Saturday & Sunday and is open from 5pm seven days a week.
Cocktail Menu
The current menu plays ode to influential people in the bar industry. There are plenty of cocktails to choose from plus the mixologists will make classics if you prefer. Each cocktail has a concise overview of how the cocktail tastes (e.g. punchy, fresh, sharp) with the ingredients kept to a minimum.
We had:
- Shanghaied: Green chilli pisco, lime, almond, cucumber
- Imperial Gimlet: Gin, white pineau des Charentes, pineapple sherbet, bergamot, lime
- Eden: Appleton 8 year rum, raspberry, almond, lemon, absinthe
- Early American: Pecan butter Jack Daniel’s No.7 whiskey, maple, chocolate bitters, blackstrap rum
All of the cocktails were fantastic – some punchy with their flavours and others smooth and easy drinking. The mixologists were friendly and knowledgeable and happy to offer their guidance, Thoroughly recommend this cocktail bar in Soho for an intimate atmosphere with delicious cocktails.
