Pub near Spitalfields
The Commercial Tavern is a grade II listed pub near Spitalfields dating back to 1865. You can’t miss it jutting out on the corner of Commercial Street – it is a really beautiful building.

The decor is quirky with blue and gold pops of colour and various lampshades and ornaments around the venue. Upstairs there is a separate bar and dining area as well as some benches outside the front of the pub.

The pub has an extensive selection of draught lager / ales, IPAs, stout and Belgian beer. There are also a handful of ciders and red, white and rose wine choices. It was a East London Liqueur Gin for me!

The Commercial Tavern also offers a selection of sourdough pizzas ranging from just £5 to £9.
