The Fable is a restaurant and bar in Farringdon which is also close to Chancery Lane and St Paul’s. It’s from the popular Drake & Morgan brand so has slick, modern and bright decor making it a great place for eating and / or drinking. We loved the book themed wrap around table on the lower floor. The second floor mezzanine is a great area for a private party (we had work drinks there) with plenty of space and its own bar.
Food wise, the menu has plenty to choose from including starters such as chorizo scotch egg, teriyaki salmon skewers and salt & pepper squid. The mains include burgers and sandwiches as well as heartier dishes including lemon & parsley crusted cod and roast pork belly.
